Description

You will manage technical support and software development lifecycle activities within a global delivery environment. You will interface with stakeholders to manage requirements elicitation, application architecture, and design.

Responsibilities

• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all testing types and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities.
• Provide on-call support during 24/7 windows or outside business hours to resolve high-profile production issues.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to complete critical path projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4+ years of production support experience.
• Proficiency with UNIX and PL/SQL with database skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET.
• Background in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management and Banking.
