Description

You will manage technical requirements, architecture, and on-call support for production systems in a global delivery environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements elicitation and define application architecture for production systems.
• Deliver high-quality code for specific modules and lead validation across all testing types.
• Support implementation, transition, and warranty phases of the software development life cycle.
• Provide on-call support during 24/7 shifts or outside business hours to resolve high-profile production issues.
• Interface with stakeholders to align technical design with business needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4+ years of production support experience.
• Proficiency with UNIX and PL/SQL.
• Strong database skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET.
• Background in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management or Banking.
