We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Production Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience in technical support, and hands-on knowledge of scripting and database technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Production Support role
Experience with Software and Hardware Deployments
Strong understanding of Network and System Administration concepts
Proficiency in Batch / PowerShell / SQL / NoSQL
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
