Description

You will own the stability and resolution of production incidents, ensuring system reliability through proactive monitoring and rapid troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across software and hardware deployments.
• Monitor system performance and address network or administration anomalies.
• Execute and maintain scripts for automation and data management.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
• Document incident resolutions and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Production Support or technical support role.
• Proficiency in Batch scripting and PowerShell.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database querying and management skills.
• Understanding of Network and System Administration concepts.
• Experience with software and hardware deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
