Description

You manage production stability and incident resolution for banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform intensive analysis using Unix, Cloud PaaS, and Oracle SQL to resolve technical issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Incidents, SRs, Problem Tickets, and Change Management via ServiceNow.
• Execute complex database queries to investigate and resolve data-related production issues.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders through weekly status updates and escalation protocols.
• Monitor system health and application performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support environments.
• Proficiency in Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Strong Oracle SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with Cloud PaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of AutoSys and ITIL processes.
• Experience supporting banking applications.
• Familiarity with Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes within ServiceNow.
