Description

You will own production incident management and database support for Oracle and AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple incidents, triage problems, and drive resolutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and debugging.
• Maintain system stability using Oracle databases and AWS services.
• Track and update tickets in JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Perform analytical support to identify root causes of recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or database administration.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
• Working knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience using JIRA for ticketing and issue tracking.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with on-premise database environments.
