Description

You will lead L3 production services, managing complex technical incidents and ensuring system stability in Linux environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on complex issues by correlating current conditions with historical trends.
• Drive resolution of high-level incidents independently using incident triage techniques.
• Analyze log data and system metrics to pinpoint technical failures.
• Create and modify utility scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Monitor application performance and system health across Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Production Support or Performance Testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working in a Linux environment.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing log data using Splunk or similar tools.
• 3+ years of experience performing root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in writing SQL to query data.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Introscope, or DynaTrace.
• Ability to script in Bash and/or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing Java heap and thread dumps.
