Manage daily technology platform operations, incident resolution, and release processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, problem management, and incident resolution for the technology platform.
• Oversee release and deployment processes, ensuring operational readiness and capacity management.
• Monitor applications, analyze service performance, and identify production failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, communicating effectively with development and business teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support or a related technical environment.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and SQL.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Any Graduate acceptable).
• Strong ability to maintain and enhance technical policies and procedures.
• Support new and existing equipment and software installations.
