You will manage daily technology platform operations, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Handle problem and incident management for production environments.
• Oversee release and deployment processes to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Monitor applications, analyze service performance, and manage capacity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and production failures.
• Maintain technical policies and procedures while supporting new software installations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Production Support or a related technical environment.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and SQL.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
• Ability to communicate effectively with development and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning and operational readiness.
