Description

You will maintain system stability and resolve escalated technical incidents within a Windows environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents involving Windows servers and applications.
• Perform root cause analysis using Windows Event Logs, IIS logs, and application logs.
• Automate support tasks and system monitoring through PowerShell scripting.
• Monitor batch jobs, Windows services, and overall system health.
• Participate in incident management and on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or systems administration.
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell for automation.
• Ability to analyze IIS logs and Windows Event Logs for troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting application deployments, patches, and configuration changes.
• Experience managing and monitoring infrastructure components.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
