Description

You will provide hands-on support for critical production trading systems, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for business requests and reported system impacts.
• Monitor and alert on critical trading system environments to maintain uptime.
• Implement releases and conduct post-release testing to validate system integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and proactively resolve problem hotspots.
• Develop automation tools to drive efficiency and stability improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4-5 years of Production Support experience.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Batch Management for trading applications.
• Ability to write SQL Queries for automation and data retrieval tasks.
• Experience with orchestration tools for workflow management.
• Familiarity with Report Generation and Data Analysis using Tableau and MS Office.
• Experience operating in a Linux/Unix environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Prior development experience in a production environment.
