Description

You provide production support for brokerage trading applications, troubleshooting incidents and driving continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, escalating as required.
• Partner with business users to resolve issues adhering to IT and business control standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce operational metrics, audit support, and application status reporting.
• Participate in on-call rotations to manage high-severity incidents end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or capital markets.
• 2-3 years of experience with Azure Platform, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Advanced SQL expertise (Oracle, MS SQL, or Sybase).
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Perl, or PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure components.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a trading environment.
