Description

You will own the production support lifecycle for AWS-hosted applications and cloud services, ensuring platform stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own production incidents from initial triage through resolution and closure, managing high-priority issues during on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with engineering, platform, and product teams to resolve production issues and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational excellence.
• Monitor cloud environments, maintain alerting systems, and enforce security best practices to ensure reliability.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks, documentation, and support operational readiness initiatives.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of professional experience supporting customer-facing production platforms in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, specifically Kinesis, Lambda, and Fargate.
• Proficiency in Production Support, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience with ITSM frameworks, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring tools.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
