Description

You will provide ongoing support for production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the tech stack (Camunda, Java, GraphQL, React, Azure).
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential problems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available for priority issues.
• Document support processes and contribute to the knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or related engineering role.
• Strong experience with Camunda BPM and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in Java and backend development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend support and debugging.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a production support or DevOps role.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
