Description

You own the stability and performance of production systems built on the core stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for production systems, ensuring high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across the full tech stack.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential operational issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including shifted or weekend schedules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong experience with Camunda BPM and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in Java and backend development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend support and debugging.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
