Description

You will own the ongoing support and stability of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full tech stack including Camunda, Java, GraphQL, React, and Azure.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential problems before they impact users.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement necessary fixes and enhancements for stability.
• Participate in on-call rotations, handling priority issues across all shifts.
• Document support processes and maintain accurate knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or production support.
• Strong experience with Camunda BPM and workflow orchestration.
• Proficiency in Java and backend development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend support and debugging.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Production Support, DevOps, or similar roles.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines and agile methodologies.
