Description

You will provide L1 and L2 production support for web applications and APIs within a .NET environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform L1 and L2 production support tasks to maintain application stability.
• Communicate application status updates to relevant teams.
• Manage Autosys job control using JIL and Command line/UI.
• Execute SQL Server queries including DDL, DML, and DQL.
• Monitor system health using Splunk and NEWS alerts.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Windows PowerShell and Shell commands.
• Knowledge of web applications and APIs.
• Experience managing file transfer mechanisms such as FTP and SFTP.
• Working knowledge of the .NET environment.
• Experience with Autosys job scheduling and control.
• Familiarity with Splunk and NEWS alerts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NDM for direct file transfer.
