Description

Provide L2/L3 technical product support and resolve complex application issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex application issues and escalate according to established SOPs.
• Run scripts to capture and analyze logs for root cause identification.
• Analyze complex advertiser performance data using SQL and Power BI.
• Set up advertising campaigns and troubleshoot setup-related errors.
• Manage accounts using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor.

Required Skills

• 4 to 10 years of L2/L3 technical product support experience.
• Hands-on experience with SA360 and Google Analytics tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, filters, and lookup functions.
• Google AdWords certification or familiarity with Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads Editor or Microsoft Advertising Editor.
• Solid understanding of advertising industry trends.
