Description

Provide 3rd level technical support for production systems, diagnosing issues within AI software and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in AI applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage incidents using established processes, preferably via ServiceNow.
• Navigate monitoring tools, logs, and events to pinpoint application problems.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional IT experience.
• 3+ years in 3rd Level Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Splunk Observability, Synthetics, and OpenTelemetry.
• Knowledge of AI-based application support and Cloud-Native concepts.
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Python.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and DevOps practices.
