Description

You will provide Level 2 support for Risk applications and drive automation to reduce toil using SRE principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and problems, including prioritization, root cause analysis, and post-mortems.
• Maintain data integrity for reporting tools like Tableau or Cognos by decoding complex queries.
• Manage production processes across multiple regions using monitoring and scheduling tools.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for overnight, weekend, or as-required application support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Level 2/3 Production Support experience with strong debugging and analytical skills.
• 3+ years of experience with Sybase, Oracle, Unix shell scripting, and SQL.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Experience setting up and using production management tools (ITRS, AutoSys, AppDynamics, TruSight, Elk).
• Experience monitoring batches and meeting SLAs.
• Strong SQL, Troubleshooting, and Java skills.
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure including NAS, SAN, and Object Store.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience supporting large financial services firms.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
