Description

You will provide IT operations support and handle production troubleshooting in a daylight hotline capacity, with the intent to transition into overnight or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, including critical situations.
• Coordinate technical issues directly with stakeholders.
• Document incidents, problems, changes, and knowledge base articles.
• Apply ITIL processes to manage production support workflows.
• Monitor system health using tools like Splunk, New Relic, or Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production support or IT operations.
• Proficiency in VB.NET or C#.
• Experience with WCF and MVC frameworks.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• Working knowledge of Ajax, jQuery, and HTML.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
