Description

You will manage the stability and operation of production systems, focusing on high-availability environments and SSO integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support production and high-availability environments to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, specifically related to SSO.
• Maintain and support existing SSO integrations.
• Manage stakeholder communications during incidents.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Production Support.
• Strong knowledge of SSO Integrations.
• Proficiency with Okta.
• Expertise in SAML protocol.
• Familiarity with OAuth protocol.
• Knowledge of OIDC protocols.
• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and stakeholder management.
