Description

You will provide onsite and remote technical support for film and TV production crews, managing hardware, software, and services in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy hardware and software directly to film and TV production environments.
• Provide technical support in film studio offices, facilities, and client locations.
• Manage onsite technical requirements for production crews in and around London.
• Travel frequently to field locations, including international travel as projects require.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Direct experience supporting film and TV production environments.
• Proficiency with iOS.
• Strong understanding of IP Networking.
• Valid UK driver's license and access to a car.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.
• Degree in any discipline.
