Description

You provide L2/L3 technical support to resolve complex client issues and maintain system stability for production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support and participate in on-call rotations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for new and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to resolve high-priority complex problems.
• Communicate technical resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud platforms to support production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Core Java/J2EE stack.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Spring Data JPA and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL querying skills and RDBMS knowledge (Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL).
• Experience with Microservices and web services.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and build tools like Maven, Gradle, or sbt.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of design patterns.
