Description

You will own the operational stability, troubleshooting, and resolution of production systems across various applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across systems and applications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents.
• Create and maintain documentation for production issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate deployments with development teams and participate in on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of IT experience, with 3 to 4 years in Production Support.
• Strong technical skills in Java, SQL, UNIX, or scripting languages.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
