Description

You provide Level 3 and SRE-level support for Java-based applications in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed applications across software, infrastructure, and database layers.
• Support applications deployed on Azure Cloud using PaaS services.
• Manage and support UNIX and Linux systems.
• Optimize SQL performance and create stored procedures in Sybase or DB2.
• Resolve complex technical issues within multiple application support environments.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Production Management or Level 3/SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure PaaS services.
• Strong proficiency in UNIX and Linux system support.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed applications across multiple layers.
• Programming experience in Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with Sybase or DB2 database optimization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
