Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications in production.
• Monitor daily production jobs and resolve failures/escalations as per SLA.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues using SQL/PLSQL and data analysis; coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes.
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and resolutions.
• Support deployments and releases; participate in on-call support and rotational shifts (if applicable).

Skills Required:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Production/Application Support with SQL/Informatica.
• Production Support experience (at least 2+ years) for production operations and incident handling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Informatica, and data analysis (mandatory).
• Unix/Linux familiarity and shell scripting for investigation and operational support.
• Basic understanding of application logs and troubleshooting; ability to support deployments and releases.

Good to Have:

• Application Support and Application Support Operations experience.
• Job monitoring tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science/IT or related field
