Description

You will own the stability and release operations for production environments, ensuring rapid resolution of incidents and seamless deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues within production systems to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes for production incidents and publish formal Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
• Execute production deployments and manage deployment automation pipelines.
• Monitor system metrics, manage support tickets, and maintain operational processes.
• Apply QA testing concepts to ensure system stability during deployment and support cycles.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in production support or site reliability roles.
• Strong proficiency with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Shell, Perl, Python, or SQL.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues.
• Experience with deployment automation tools and production deployment workflows.
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools, support ticketing systems, and operational metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
