Description

You will own L2/L3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring production stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production jobs and resolve failures or escalations within defined SLAs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues using SQL/PLSQL and data analysis techniques.
• Coordinate with development teams to implement permanent fixes for recurring problems.
• Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases for resolutions.
• Support deployments and releases while participating in rotational on-call shifts.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Production or Application Support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica.
• Minimum 2 years of direct production support experience for incident handling.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting for operational support.
• Ability to read application logs and support deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with job monitoring tools such as Control-M or Autosys.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
