Description

job responsibilities include:

Act as a subject matter expert, leading technical triage and resolving issues in live production environments.

Perform SQL/data analysis, log reviews, and system troubleshooting across Windows and Linux platforms.

Manage incident, problem, and change processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.

Collaborate with application managers and development teams to support deployments and minimize production impact.

Monitor and maintain information security tools, patch management, and system health using tools like Splunk and Ansible Tower.

Ensure high availability and performance of applications through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a production support or systems operations role.

Strong proficiency in Windows and Linux systems, with hands-on experience in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

Experience with information security tools, monitoring technologies, and platforms such as Splunk, Ansible Tower, and BladeLogic
