Description

You will manage technical triage and resolve issues within live production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical triage and resolve production environment issues as a subject matter expert.
• Perform SQL data analysis, log reviews, and system troubleshooting across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes to minimize business disruption.
• Conduct root cause analysis to ensure application high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with application managers and development teams to support deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or systems operations.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience with monitoring technologies and platforms such as Splunk.
• Experience using Ansible Tower for configuration management.
• Experience using BladeLogic and information security tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
