You will own core production support and manage critical business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and problem management lifecycles to resolve production issues.
• Execute batch processing and business support tasks to ensure system stability.
• Implement automation to streamline support workflows and reduce manual intervention.
• Monitor system health and performance using specialized observability tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in core production support roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Autosys for batch scheduling.
• Experience using Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of ITRS monitoring packages.
• Background in incident and problem management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
