You will provide L2/L3 production support across ETL, Java applications, and BI reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, and scheduled workflows.
- Analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and data models, including performance issues and data discrepancies.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Production Support.
- Proficiency with Informatica, PowerCenter, and IDMC workflows, mappings, and sessions.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting Java Applications.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and analyzing job failures/bottlenecks.
- Experience supporting BI tools, specifically MicroStrategy and PowerBI.
