Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support across ETL, Java applications, and BI reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, and scheduled workflows.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and data models, including performance issues and data discrepancies.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Production Support.
  • Proficiency with Informatica, PowerCenter, and IDMC workflows, mappings, and sessions.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Experience supporting Java Applications.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and analyzing job failures/bottlenecks.
  • Experience supporting BI tools, specifically MicroStrategy and PowerBI.
