Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for ETL, Java applications, and BI reporting systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, and scheduled workflows.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and data models for performance issues and data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Production Support.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC workflows, mappings, and sessions.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting Java applications.
• Deep familiarity with ETL processes, including analyzing job failures and bottlenecks.
• Experience supporting BI tools, specifically MicroStrategy and PowerBI.
• Bachelor's degree.
