You will maintain production system stability by investigating failures, automating workflows, and resolving application issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application errors and installation failures in production environments.
• Automate scripting development processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot application performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze large-volume data processing tasks to identify and fix underlying issues.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in production support.
• Advanced Linux command line and operations knowledge.
• Proficiency with Unix and Linux operating systems.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash Shell, and Perl.
• Experience using Oracle server to investigate database-related issues.
• Experience developing and using monitoring tools.
• Ability to handle large volume data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
