Description

You will manage production incidents and provide technical support for internal platforms. You own the lifecycle of L1/L2 support, ensuring prompt resolution of production issues while maintaining system performance and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems reported by end users and perform root cause analysis to implement long-term fixes.
• Monitor the production environment to maintain performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and Project Managers to resolve system issues and escalate critical incidents to L3 support.
• Engage with users to address queries, provide training, and assist with new feature adoption.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production support or technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience working with APIs and data flow.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Understanding of mobile app functional architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile or ITIL frameworks.
