Description

Manage production stability and resolve technical incidents for online and mobile banking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex application and system issues to identify underlying root causes.
• Lead high, moderate, and initiated severity bridge calls during outages or scheduled downtime.
• Monitor system performance and automate server health checks and monitoring.
• Manage service tickets within agreed SLAs using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or IT infrastructure operations.
• Proficiency with .NET and Java.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Hands-on use of Splunk, App Dynamics, and Kibana for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
• Working knowledge of Angular front-end technologies.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
