Description

You will stabilize mobile production environments by diagnosing client issues and preventing outages.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of technical issues and out-of-the-box failures in production.
• Evaluate client applications using analytics tools to monitor mobile infrastructure health.
• Design and develop solutions to detect spiking errors and prevent potential outages.
• Modify alert tools to ensure effective monitoring and issue detection efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, project teams, and third-party vendors like Akamai to stabilize environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Splunk for data analysis.
• Experience using xMatters for incident management.
• Experience with Quantum Metric software tools.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors such as Akamai.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Mobile Application Architecture.
