Description

You will manage IT infrastructure incidents, service requests, and application support escalations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical, data, and configuration issues through systematic troubleshooting.
• Maintain operational documentation, including infrastructure and application run books.
• Act as a liaison between infrastructure operations and vendors to resolve performance issues.
• Coordinate performance analysis and recommendations for infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support complex projects like application upgrades or data center migrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with application support and deployments.
• 4+ years of experience in production support and site resilience engineering.
• Experience with Azure hybrid, on-premises, and cloud services.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with service ticket management systems such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise.
• Background in Investment Management, Brokerage, or Asset Management environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and certifications.
