Description

You will maintain production environments and ensure application stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance, web services, mail, and backup systems.
• Troubleshoot on-prem server, network, and storage infrastructure issues.
• Resolve technical incidents using Jira and ITSM ticketing workflows.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Apply DevOps and Agile practices to support application development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or a similar role.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MSSQL databases.
• Experience writing automation scripts in Python and Shell.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Puppet.
• Understanding of on-prem server, network, and storage infrastructure.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
• Competency with Jira and ITSM ticketing workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
