Description

Provide L1 and L2 production support for Java-based applications in a 24x7 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multi-tier application architectures.
• Perform log analysis and system monitoring to identify application anomalies.
• Collaborate with development teams to drive root cause resolution.
• Manage application health within an on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java production support (L1 and L2).
• Mandatory proficiency with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Spring or other MVC frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience supporting multi-tier, internet-based applications.
• Understanding of Oracle database servers.
• Master’s degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
