You will manage critical production environments and databases to ensure system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production environments to maintain system stability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Execute incident management protocols and system monitoring tasks.
• Support critical databases and infrastructure components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or similar roles.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tandem systems.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with Sybase and Oracle databases.
• Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
