Description

You will own the stability and performance of capital markets trading and risk systems, ensuring high availability across global platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and build proactive alerts using tools like ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Automate routine tasks and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Linux, Windows, and SQL database environments to ensure system stability.
• Manage incident, problem, and change requests following ITIL principles and document processes in Confluence and Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement of trading platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide global trading and risk platforms.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or PERL for automation and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of Linux, Windows, and SQL database concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Nexus, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new applications and become a subject matter expert.
• Disciplined approach to documenting procedures, issues, and user stories.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch scheduling platforms like BMC Control M, Autosys, or Tidal.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and sales lifecycle.
• Familiarity with MemSQL, Ignite, Java Spring, AWS, S3, MongoDB, Docker, or Kubernetes.
