Description

You will manage day-to-day production support for applications and systems, ensuring seamless operations through proactive monitoring and rapid issue resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to maintain system stability.
• Perform minor enhancements and support deployment activities.
• Execute and validate test cases during issue resolution or change implementation.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and perform basic system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing or development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience in application testing and validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proven ability in production support or application maintenance environments.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience specifically in application maintenance.
