Description

Provide front-line technical support for application stability, incident management, and production governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, research, and root cause analysis to resolve defects and technical service issues.
• Manage the incident lifecycle by assessing severity, gathering impact data, and creating tickets in REMEDY.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and testing teams to support software and hardware upgrades and releases.
• Provide on-call support for problem triaging and real-time restoration of services.
• Monitor application health and communicate status updates to technical and non-technical business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in incident and problem management.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Splunk and log analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database terminologies.
• Ability to perform advanced query-based troubleshooting and research.
• Experience participating in Disaster Recovery and Resiliency protocols.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with line of business and management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
