Job Responsibilities include:
Monitor Azure applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Manage incident tickets using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA while ensuring SLA compliance.
Analyze logs and system metrics using Azure App Insights and other monitoring tools.
Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, deployments, and release management.
Implement automation and proactive monitoring to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in production support or cloud operations, with strong exposure to Azure environments.
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and monitoring tools like Azure App Insights.
Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and CI/CD pipelines, with solid knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking
