Description

You will monitor Azure applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. This role owns incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis while maintaining SLA compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Azure applications and infrastructure for performance and availability.
• Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage incident tickets using ServiceNow or JIRA while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Analyze logs and system metrics using Azure App Insights and other monitoring tools.
• Implement automation and proactive monitoring to improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production support or cloud operations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure services.
• Proficiency with Azure SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure App Insights.
• Proven experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows systems.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
