Description

You will provide real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for critical applications within an AWS environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor uptime and troubleshoot performance issues for ECS, EC2, and AWS Lambda functions.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations to respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage scheduled jobs via Autosys and troubleshoot execution failures.
• Diagnose VPC connectivity issues and resolve RDS Aurora database connection errors.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Production Support experience focusing on AWS services.
• Proficiency with AWS Console and AWS CLI.
• Hands-on experience with ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, VPC, and RDS Aurora.
• Experience managing Autosys or similar job schedulers.
• Knowledge of API Gateway and Secrets Manager.
• Experience with Managed File Transfer protocols including SFTP and Connect Direct.
• AWS Practitioner-level knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze logs and configure alerts via Springboard.
