Description

You will provide real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for critical applications within an AWS environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis.
• Monitor uptime and troubleshoot performance issues for ECS and EC2 instances.
• Debug failed executions and optimize performance for AWS Lambda functions.
• Manage scheduled jobs using Autosys and troubleshoot any failures.
• Resolve connectivity issues within VPC configurations and ensure RDS Aurora availability.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Production Support experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency with AWS Console and AWS CLI.
• Hands-on experience with ECS, EC2, Lambda, and S3.
• Experience managing SNS/SQS and VPC configurations.
• Direct experience with RDS Aurora and Secrets Manager.
• Knowledge of API Gateway and Managed File Transfer (SFTP, Connect Direct).
• Experience with Autosys or similar job schedulers.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Practitioner-level certification or knowledge.
• Any Graduate degree.
