Description

You will own the 24x7 support lifecycle for critical AWS-based applications, managing incident response, root cause analysis, and system optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response and conduct root cause analysis for critical system failures.
• Manage job scheduling and execution via Autosys to ensure operational continuity.
• Optimize ECS instance performance and manage S3 storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot SQS/SNS delivery failures and manage VPC connectivity and security.
• Maintain RDS Aurora database availability and secure access via Secrets Manager.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Production Support experience.
• Proficiency with AWS Console and AWS CLI.
• Hands-on experience with ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS/SQS, and VPC.
• Experience managing RDS Aurora databases and Secrets Manager.
• Knowledge of API Gateway and troubleshooting API failures.
• Experience with Autosys or similar job schedulers.
• Proficiency with Managed File Transfer solutions (SFTP, Connect Direct).
• AWS Solution Architect certification or equivalent cloud architecture expertise.
